Before the visit
We will ask about your pet, their health, your location and what support you need. We arrange a time that suits the family and veterinarian, and explain how to prepare without making the home feel clinical.
Our service
An at-home visit gives your pet the chance to remain in familiar surroundings and gives your family privacy, time and support through each step.

We will ask about your pet, their health, your location and what support you need. We arrange a time that suits the family and veterinarian, and explain how to prepare without making the home feel clinical.
The veterinarian will meet you and your pet, talk through the plan and answer any questions. There is time to choose a comfortable place and help your pet settle.
A gentle sedative is given first so your pet can become deeply relaxed and sleepy with you beside them.
Once your pet is completely comfortable, the final medication is given. The veterinarian will quietly confirm when your pet has passed.
There is no need to rush. You can take the time you need before your chosen aftercare arrangements begin.
Common questions
We can talk through your pet's individual circumstances before an appointment is arranged.
